Delete your account and data

You can request deletion of your Syro account and all data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to make the request and exactly what is deleted.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject line “Delete my Syro account”.
Send the email from the address you used to create your Syro account, so we can verify it’s you.
We will confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account (name or display name, email address)
Your birth details (birth date, birth time, birth place) and any birth details you entered for other people
Your natal charts, readings, and history
Your friend connections and compatibility results

What is kept

Nothing tied to your identity is kept after deletion. We may retain minimal records where the law requires it (for example, records of the deletion request itself), and routine server logs that expire on a short schedule.

Deleting some data without closing your account

If you want specific data removed (for example, a friend connection or a birth entry you added) without deleting your whole account, email [email protected] describing what you’d like removed, and we will action it within 30 days.
