These terms are an agreement between you and PlanetAxiom, Inc (“we”, “us”) for your use of Syro — the Syro mobile app, www.planetaxiom.com, Syro’s share pages, and Syro’s messaging accounts on other platforms (together, “Syro”). By creating an account or using Syro, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Who can use Syro

You must be 16 or older to create an account or use Syro. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Please give accurate information when you sign up.

What Syro is — and isn’t

Syro offers astrological readings for reflection and entertainment. Readings are calculated from the birth details you provide and phrased in plain language. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and no reading is a statement of fact about future events or about what another person thinks, feels, or will do. Please don’t make important decisions based only on Syro, and seek a qualified professional where appropriate.

Your birth details and other people’s details

Only enter birth details for yourself, or for another person if you have their permission.
Readings about two people (such as compatibility) are shown only with the other person’s consent, as described in the app. You may not use Syro to find out about someone without their knowledge.

Sharing readings

You choose what you share. Before a reading is shared, Syro shows you what will go out; your name and your question are left off unless you choose to include them. Birth details and chart positions are never included.
Share links stop working when they expire or when you stop sharing them in Syro. Copies that someone has already saved, forwarded, or posted can’t be recalled.
When you post a reading to another platform, that platform’s own terms apply to your post.

Syro on Instagram and Messenger

Syro’s accounts on Instagram and Messenger are automated reading assistants. To get readings there you link your Syro account once; you can unlink at any time by replying UNLINK or from Syro’s settings. Birth details are only ever entered in Syro, never in a chat. Syro only answers questions about astrology and may decline other requests.

Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse Syro. In particular, you agree not to:

break the law, or harass, threaten, or harm anyone;
use Syro to monitor, track, or pressure another person;
copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload Syro, or access it with automated tools we haven’t authorised;
impersonate anyone, or share content you don’t have the right to share.

Purchases

Where Syro offers paid reports or features, they are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to that store’s payment and refund terms. Prices are shown before you buy.

Our content

Syro, its design, readings, artwork, and software belong to PlanetAxiom, Inc or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Syro for your own, non-commercial purposes. You may share your own readings using the sharing features Syro provides.

Ending your use

You can stop using Syro and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other people at risk.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

Syro is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we don’t promise that Syro will be uninterrupted or error-free, and PlanetAxiom, Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of Syro. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can’t be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will update this page and the date above, and tell you in the app where appropriate. Continuing to use Syro after changes means you accept the updated terms.
